NAJJAF offers standard domestic delivery services using Royal Mail. The advised delivery time is calculated from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date it was placed. Most orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.
Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.
During sales and promotional periods, all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our fulfillment locations. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to resolve it — however, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may affect the successful delivery of your parcel.

Duties and Taxes
All prices on our international website are displayed excluding tax for all locations. Tax will be calculated at checkout and shown on your order confirmation. If you purchase products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties, which are calculated and applied at checkout. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.

At NAJJAF, we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@najjaf.com with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged Packages
We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please email customersupport@najjaf.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Our team will review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY – £2.99
Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it within 3 working days. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
All purchases can be fully tracked. We’ll send you a tracking link as your items are dispatched, and the courier will provide updates and delivery options.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Canada:
Shipping to Canada varies by location and generally takes 2-7 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout with an estimate of $44 CAD per order plus applicable Duties & Taxes.
Europe:
Shipping to Europe varies by country and generally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping costs range between €24-50 depending on location.
We ship to: Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.
Oceania:
We ship to all areas of Australia and New Zealand. Packages typically arrive 5-11 business days from the time of order. Shipping fees range between 74-100 AUD.
South Africa:
Currently, we ship to South Africa with delivery times varying between 2-7 business days. Shipping costs, excluding duties and taxes, range between 800-1000 ZAR.

For all international shipping we use DHL Standard, but for UK we do have Royal Mail Express 24 hour delivery as an option at checkout.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number, which you can click to track your order.
