We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted jewelry built to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products, which is why we provide a one-year warranty from the original purchase date covering any defects or issues caused by the workmanship of the jewelry. Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones damage resulting from improper care such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any alterations made to your product by a third party outside of NAJJAF.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@najjaf.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Product name
• A brief description of the issue, including when and how it occurred
• Two photos: one showing the entire item and one close-up of the affected area.
Important
By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to the following terms:
• Return of the Affected Product: If your claim is approved, you will need to send the affected item back to us for inspection and quality assurance testing.
• Replacement or Refund: If the item is available in stock and your claim is accepted, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
• If the item is out of stock due to limited inventory or discontinuation, we will issue a refund equal to the original purchase price.
• Third-Party Vendors: Products purchased through third-party vendors (outside of NAJJAF.com and NAJJAF stores or pop-ups) may be subject to different warranty policies. Please check with the seller directly.
• Third-Party Repairs: Using repair services from third parties will void the NAJJAF warranty. We do not honor warranty claims on items that have been modified post-purchase.
• Promotional Items: Products received as part of promotions or campaigns may be excluded from our warranty coverage.
Return Requirements:
• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail should include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch)
• Sets must be returned as a whole; individual pieces cannot be returned separately
• Lab Grown Diamonds must include the SCS certification, or the item will be sent back
• Returns must be made within the same country where the order was purchased
Non-Returnable Items:
• Engraved or monogrammed products
• Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Don’t have an account?
No problem! You can still create an account using the same email address you used at checkout, and your order will show up under "My Orders". Tracking details are automatically sent via email once your order is packed. As soon as the courier scans the package into their system, the tracking link will start showing updates. This may take a few hours, and if your order ships over the weekend, tracking will update on the next business day.

At NAJJAF, we offer 30-day exchanges for all eligible items.
To request an exchange, please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt available. All items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy to qualify for an exchange.
