At NAJJAF, we design and manufacture all our jewellery in-house at our facility in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This gives us complete control over quality, design, and detail — from the first sketch to the final polish. What began with one craftsman has grown into a large team of designers, engineers, setters, and polishers. Our production facility is equipped with modern technology, while our people bring the hands-on expertise that keeps our standards high.

Design and Development

Each piece starts with an idea, translated into a sketch by our in-house design team. That sketch becomes a detailed 3D model, allowing us to refine every curve, edge, and surface before production begins.

Wax model and Casting

Once a design is approved, we create a detailed 3D wax model to accurately visualise the piece and assess its form and proportions before production begins.

Next, using advanced casting methods, we carefully craft the structure of each piece in precious metal. This process ensures strength and precision in every element.

The jewellery is then expertly assembled by skilled craftsmen, who meticulously ensure that every component fits perfectly. Only after this precise assembly do we move on to the delicate and exacting process of stone setting, where each gem is placed with care and precision to bring the design to life.

Stone Setting & Polishing

Each stone is meticulously hand-set by skilled artisans with years of expertise. From the timeless elegance of a classic solitaire to the intricate beauty of a pavé design, every gem is carefully positioned to enhance its brilliance and secure its place. The artisans use precise techniques to ensure uniform spacing and optimal light reflection, resulting in flawless craftsmanship. This dedication guarantees that each piece not only dazzles visually but also maintains durability and longevity, reflecting true artistry in every detail.

The final polish brings the piece to life. Using a combination of machines and hand finishing, our team ensures every surface is smooth, clean, and full of shine.
